RAW Honey

U.P. Small Batch Honey: We have rebranded our honey product and hope you enjoy them. We sure do! We are all about making life naturally simple and our new bottles embody that sweet simplicity, for both us and our customers.

CURRENT BATCH: Fall Honey- this batch of honey is subtly sweet with strong floral notes of lavender and wildflowers. A fall classic for us here at Bee Wise Farms. This honey is not creamed and currently completely liquid. The natural crystallization process will occur during the winter months and our Fall Creamed Honey will be available in the spring 2027.   

Our honey brings you all the tastes of Michigan's native flowering plants. And then there is the beautiful essence of lavender in all our fall honey blends. It's RAW, UNFILTERED U.P. SWEETNESS!

Spring Honey is full of flavors primarily from apple & cherry trees and wild raspberries. This honey is very sweet and very fruity. 

Summer Honey has beautiful notes of summer wildflowers. This is a smooth mildly sweet honey coming primarily from clover and star thistle. 

Fall Honey comes primarily from lavender, golden rod and late season asters making the flavors very robust, with a strong floral finish.
