Lacey Ann Ingrao

Although a California native, Michigan has truly become home. The ever changing seasons continue to excites me, even after a decade. The downtime and restoration during winter gives way for creative expression and the renewed energy to push hard during the farming seasons.

With a Master's Degree in Transpersonal Psychology, my breadth of knowledge includes nature-based therapies, somatic movement, transitions, rites of passage, and connection to spirit. While my educational and life path has been committed to nature-being relationships, I have over 18 years of experience in Program Management and Event Coordination. Additional knowledge base as a Master Gardener, beekeeper and I was once a colon hydrotherapist. Our colon is probably most important to our health. Talking digestion with people truly intrigues me and people must instinctively know this because I find myself talking about poop talk quite a bit.
