Return & Refund Policy

ALL CREDIT CARD AND ONLINE PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% RETURN CHARGE.

BEEKEEPING COURSE

  • We send course materials within 24 hours after purchase.
  • No refund will be given once you received your course material. 

WORKSHOPS

  • Same Day cancelations and No Shows will not be refunded or credited. 

NUCS

  • Order cancellations must be made by end of day on April 15.
  • No refunds will be given on cancellations starting April 16.
  • For orders placed online, we apply a 5% fee on all returns.
  • We accept no returns on NUCS. Once they leave our premises, the NUCS are your responsibility.
  • IMPORTANT NOTICE: For all approved refunds, funds will be released from our company on the second week of June.
  • We do not ship honey bees.

QUEENS

  • Payment is due at time of purchase. 
  • Due to the nature of this purchase only a partial refund will be provided.
  • All queen purchases are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 
  • No refunds will be given on cancellations made less than 15 days before the pick up date. 
  • We accept no returns on Queens. Once they leave our premises, Queens are your responsibility. Please inspect thoroughly. 

HONEY

  • Our honey is packaged in glass bottles. If we sent your honey and it arrives damaged, let us know and we'll make it right.
  • Bee Wise Farms is not responsible for honey bottles you purchase at our physical store and then break once you leave our property.  

DIRED HERBS, TEA, JEWELRY, & OTHER GOODS

  • If shipped goods arrive to you damaged contact us immediately to make it right. Take photos and send them to us so we may make a claim with the shipping company.
