Return & Refund Policy
ALL CREDIT CARD AND ONLINE PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO A 4% RETURN CHARGE.
- No refunds are given once you receive your course materials.
- Same Day cancelations and No Shows will not be refunded or credited.
- Deposits are due at time of purchase and final payments are due at pickup.
- All orders on late season nucs are final and will be scheduled for immediate pick up upon purchase. We will not hold late season nucs.
- Deposit Refunds- cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to our scheduled pick up date for a full refund (minus 4%).
- 2023: Scheduled pick up date June 1, 2023. Cancellations must be made before May 1, 2023.
- No refunds will be given on cancellations made less than 30 days before our scheduled pick up.
- We accept no returns on NUCS. Once they leave our premises, the NUCS are your responsibility.
- IMPORTANT NOTICE: For all approved deposit returns, funds will be released from our company on the second week of June.
- Our honey is packaged in glass bottles.
- If we sent your honey and it arrives damaged, let us know and we'll make it right.
- Bee Wise Farms is not responsible for honey bottles you purchase at our physical store and then break once you leave our property.
DIRED HERBS, TEA, JEWELRY, & OTHER GOODS
- If shipped goods arrive to you damaged contact us immediately to make it right.
- Take photos and send them to us so we may make a claim with the shipping company.
