Lavender 101 Experience

Bee Wise Farms is a fully integrated small farm that focuses on diversity and all natural production methods. We have around 300 lavender plants and four varieties of lavender growing in the U.P and always increasing. Current varieties we'll cover include: Hidcote, Phenomenal, Grosso, & Munstead. This workshop is perfect for visitors to the UP looking for connection based experiences, for those looking to get into growing small or large production lavender, or for those looking for a new and unique experience. We will discuss growing varieties, harvesting and uses for this wonderfully beneficial plant. At the end of the workshop, we will sit together to enjoy a lavender refreshment. We have been growing lavender for over 20 years from the coast of California to the far north of Michigan and we are excited to talk lavender with you.
